Wedholms Fisk is named and founded by Bengt Wedholm, who was a colourful personality and a very skilful restaurant keeper. Our restaurant does not only carry his name, we also bring his passion for the restaurant further, where new influences live in symbiosis with the old legacy. We aim for tradition and new thinking in a refined combination.

The menu offers traditional fish and seafood, only using the highest quality products, to produce classic French and Swedish dishes, from Dover sole Meuinere and Fricassee served with our famous Champagne sauce to Scandinavian classics such as lightly cured salmon with creamed potatoes
